About Taxation and Social spending.. do you people recognize the difference??????

Picture this, the republicans win the white house AND overwhelmingly win both houses of congress, they now have a solid majority in all three branches of government. They quickly abolish the tax system, no more taxes. Utopia or impending anarchy?
