Q about Windows Vista Color & Layout changer?

I think I've asked this before... Anyway, when I turned on my computer just a few minutes ago, all of my icons on the desktop were gone and the process line had turned grey and was very small and it looked exactly like Windows '98 or something like that. As weird as that seemed, luckily all of my stuff returned after I re-booted but now the Color & Layout Changer is stuck in old mode. Like, if you were to change the color of the window frames back in Windows XP, you'd open this little window with an 'Effects' and 'Advanced' on, plus a list of layouts. For some reason all the window frames on my computer are now light blue and it f***ing bugs me... There's no option of changing back to new Vista mode in the old mode Color & Layout changer, so how can I get back to the Vista one?? The old one cannot change the color of Vista.
