Is it wrong to smoke some we ed twice a month?

When I had my son 9yrs ago I stopped smokin and said I never would again. But being a single mom and stress most of the time I find if I puff 3 hits Im calm again. Is it wrong that Im goin back on my own word? I would never do it around my kid.
