Best way to find dog adopters?

My firend has a REALLY hyperactive four month old puppy: chihuahua mix. Doesn't want to put it in the Pound where it may not be adopted and may be put to sleep after three months, and has to work like sixteen hour shifts eleven days in a row and stuff. The other, yonger puppy can stand being in a kennel all day, but the other one is frantic and misbehaves badly when he gets home and is not as biddable. What's the best way to find GOOD, loving people who will not lose their temper and abuse this hyperactive puppy... nor abandon it by the side of the road or, to death in the woods?
