Where do I find a women to complete my circle?

I'm an attractive, articulate, athletic, black male (40), living in Florida, and have grown tired of meaningless relationships with women. Is there a women out there that is affectionate, caring, down to earth, great at conversating, and comfortable in jeans or a skirt? I've heard they exist but have yet to find one! I've done my part in life (Career, cars, house, travel, etc.), but am lacking the other half to share these things with. I look and feel young at heart still but sensing the biological clock ticking in the distance. I lived in Holland for some time so I'm open-minded and age and race is not an issue.
