Would you approve this method of reducing the voting power of morons?

I disagree with that. It isn't fair to discriminate against someone based on their IQ, which isn't in their control. It's true that other groups are discriminated against, but that isn't right either. Voting should stay the way it is to ensure that the country is getting what the most people in the country want, not what the "elite" few want. This is very similar to a technique that was used to discourage poor blacks from voting. It wasn't right then, and it's not right now.
