Bump with some blood above newish nose piercing?

basically says it all. i've had it for about a month, and admittedly i wasn't taking great care of it. but i was putting h2ocean on every day (for the most part) and i started doing sea salt soaks again. i only just realized this bump today though. in addition to the normal crusties i now have blood crusties because of this bump, and whenever i clean it it opens it up again. i researched online what to do, and people said to keep doing the sea salt soak and in addition to put actual sea salt on the bump. is this right? i don't know what else to do and i really want to get rid of this but keep my piercing. heeeeeelp!
