Astrologers what do you think?

My north node is in Capricorn 6 degrees. My ascendant is in Capricorn 9 degrees. Now Pluto is just starting out in Capricorn. How will this affect me? Two other things to note; I have four planets in Scorpio of which one is the sun and this four planet thing squares a moon - pluto conjunction in leo. So the pluto influence is big for me.
