Doctors say i have less than a year to live and chemo would be pointless?

im a 24 year old female, have been sick lately with glandular fever, constant tonsilitis, flu and reoccuring shingles, i had a mole removed a couple weeks back and it has turned out to be malignant melanoma, they biopsied my lymph nodes and it has spread to my lymph nodes as well, chest xray showed nodules in my lungs as well. They say its a matter of only a few months and that chemo would be pointless, should i try chemo or enjoy the rest of my time left i dont know what to do, i could try chemo and also have my lymph nodes removed
