7-mth old has 102 fever, cough and cold. What should I do?

My 7 mth old baby started daycare on 1st jan and has got infected with cold and cough twice since then. I know this is natural and helps build her immunity, but this time she also has 102 fever. The doc said it'll go away on its own in a few days. But what can I do right now to make my lil one more comfortable? Can I give her baby Tylenol? How much? How often? Should I put cold water towels on her forehead? Help!
