After I Stop The Pill, Will My Go Back To Their Original Size?

I had been taking Dianette for 6 months for my acne problem and it cleared my skin right up but also caused my s to increase from a 34C to 34D. I've since switched to Yasmin as my doctor said it's not as strong but my have remained a D cup. When I come off the pill will they go back to the size they used to be? I hate how they are now, it makes me so self conscious since I already thought they were big before.
