Any fathers out there being harrased by da's office child support even though you have payed and are not late

Why would you try to limit participation? Even deadbeat dads are being wronged under these new guidelines!! CSEU, as it is known in Oklahoma, has far too much power to sieze anything and everything. I personally have talked to them about garnishments and was told they would do it, but when I noticed it wasn't done I placed calls to my county CSEU & the same office in OKC. They have siezed check accounts, taxes and who knows what's next. I filed for disability 2 yrs. ago and have informed them of this but, just like the money they have owed me for over 8 yrs. for overpayment, will probably be LOST or overlooked. My attorney has sent the receipts that I could find to them and now they cannot find them. The last time I made them refund me over 3,000 they sent a letter to the IRS claiming that I had filed fraudulent taxes. It took me over 3 yrs. to recover that money. They have siezed money for times that I had physical custody of my daughter, but had to wait 3 months for a hearing in the courts. They sieze my checking acct. and taxes, and about 6-8 mos. later recieved a portion of this money back. When I got custody I asked the judge to waive child support so there would be no excuses for her mother not to be there for her. He looked like I had asked him to murder his parents or something and was almost not willing to waive them. In the first 12 or so years my ex had gone to school on the public welfare system and got 2 ociate Degrees, neither of which is being used at present, and I still made more money than she did until I filed for Disability. We MUST reform every part of the system not just the DA's office. Here, the DHS office has an attorney who floods the courts with all types of complaints of nonpayment and contempt citations. This is a very dirty game especially when they sieze checking accts, and such without any thought as to the types of crimes that will be charged to the person. I have been told that if/when I am approved that my arrears will be more than covered with about 3 times the set rate. These people should be taught a lesson in the ways of dirty pool.
