Atlanta hip hop vs New York Hip Hop? Which one do you prefer?

I'm from New York and I have no preference. As a New Yorker i'm glad to see how far hip hop has gone. Plus when you have legends like Biggie Smallz, Jay - Z and LL Cool J based out of your city you don't have anything to be intimidated about. I'm just asking because I heard some people talking about how atlanta is runnin the show right now and how New York is the birth place of the show. I thought it would be interesting to see what people said about the birth place vs the current hot spot.
