Does Icing Sugar (powdered) have any dairy related products in it?

Definately not. My nephew is allergic to all dairy products even biscuits with milk or egg, he suffers. My sister substituted ice cream with icing sugar when he was little so he didn't miss out on treats that had ice cream with them.
