How can I lose weight?

I only want to lose about 5 kilos. In about 2 weeks I have lost about 3/3.5 kilos from walking for atleast an hour each day and eating carbs for breakfast and avoiding them for lunch and dinner but now I've sort of stabilised. Is there some sort of exercise I should be doing or foods I should be eating or avoiding to speed the process ? (keeping in mind I'm no fitness fanatic and don't wish to become one). Oh and are there any 'quick' options to achieving this?
