Last question?

I tried to download Antispy and i keep getting pop ups worse,i did the system restore and i am now at a loss.The only thing i am able to think i did wrong was yesterday i click on accept pop ups from multiply.com.so you can call me dum,but i cant do anything right here.does anyone have any last ideas?
