My employer transfered me to a far location after my car got stolen.They lied and said I quit.?

I was collecting unemployment until my employer reported to unemployment that i quit.That was a lie.I did not quit.I was transfered out of retalliation for blowing the whistle when my employer knew my car was stolen.They transfered me to a location 24 miles away when i was working 4 miles from my house.There where at the time of my transfer 2 other worksites needing full time employees like myself also being 4 miles from my home.I filed a grievance with my union and am at step 4(mediation)I sent this info to unemployment when i received the notice that my employer had said I quit.Do you think my unemployment will get reinstated?
