Pimple like thing in back of throat?

I woke up with a spot in the back of my throat. My throat doest hurt, the spot doesn't hurt. I have no fever. Haven't had anything hot to drink. It's literally looks like a pimple and again no pain just annoying. I tried to feel and if I put my finger in my mouth I can feel it, there's only 1 spot also. I keep hearing starting of strep.
